🌈👟Join us for the 8th Annual Rowan's Run 5k (well actually it's 3.21 mile run/walk). Start time is 9am at Eastern Shore Performance Center ESPC. This run/walk will be conducted locally, as well it is a VIRTUAL WALK/RUN for those that wish to participate but are not on the Eastern Shore.
For the kids 10 and under ONE MILE FUN RUN for the littles and young adults to participate in at 8:30am. Strollers are welcomed (no registration required). All mileage counts even if on a treadmill.

📍LOCATION 220 Log Canoe Circle, Suite B, Stevensville, Maryland.
🚽Bathrooms on site at ESPC (inside and out)
🚘PARKING FREE On site parking across the street at 235 Log Canoe Circle. Parking is available along Log Canoe Circle as well.
👫KIDS FUN RUN 8:30am in rear of ESPC (10 & under are welcome to participate)

HOW TO REGISTER? Please send $21 via 💰VENMO @workoutlikeagirl with Ruby's Rainbow (if NOT on a team) OR your Ambassadors/Team Name to be included in the memo. DO NOT USE PAYPAL IN 2026. Cash and check donations made payable to Rowan's Dream Big Fund are greatly accepted and appreciated!

💵100% YES! You do not need not be on a any Team to participate! Team “Rowan's Friends” will consist of all those that choose to donate - no amount is too small!

We also use the RR26 Spreadsheet Tracker so all the teams can keep track of their other members sign ups.

🏃🏻♂️🏃♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃♀️ Rowan's family is looking to find 21 Rowan's Run Ambassadors to create a their own team of 21 "sponsored team" athletes to run or walk on March 21st, 2026 (LIVE or virtually).
If we can accomplish our goal, we could raise over $9,200 for RubysRainbow.org and hit a 8 year goal of over $200,000!!
Please track your team and/or donations using the "Team Donation Tracker" found on the Facebook event page (link above). No max on teammates - the more the merrier! (NOTE: Your Team DOES NOT have to participate in the live event together).

Ruby's Rainbow is a non-profit organization where "the goal and mission is to grant scholarships to adults with Down syndrome who are seeking post-secondary education, enrichment or vocational classes, helping them achieve their dreams of higher education while spreading awareness of their capabilities and general awesomeness". As many of you know, our little nugget, Rowan Victoria, was born with an extra copy of her 21st chromosome (hence 3/21). Because of this, Ruby’s Rainbow—and everything it represents—means so much to our family.
Ruby’s Rainbow is an incredible nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals with Down syndrome achieve their dreams of higher education.
