FIT CAMP
Our Award-Winning Fit Camp is more than just a workout — it’s an experience that transforms both body and mindset. Each 60-minute session delivers high-energy, full-body training led by ESPC’s passionate and knowledgeable coaching team.
Every workout is different, combining a mix of TRX suspension training, slam balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, plyometrics, and bodyweight movements that push your strength, endurance, and resilience to the next level. Expect to challenge yourself physically and mentally.
Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Fit Camp meets you where you are — and then helps you go further than you thought possible. Our coaches bring energy, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way, ensuring that every member feels supported and empowered to succeed.

C3. CONDITION. CHALLENGE. COMPETE.
C3 is a 60-minute training session designed to teach athletes that where you are today is never your limit.
This program takes a 360° approach to building the optimal, functional athlete within a safe yet competitive environment. Every workout is built on purposeful training, combining innovative programming and scientific progression to maximize performance.
C3 utilizes full-body integrated movements, Olympic and power lifting, plyometrics, linked system training, and core endurance work — all while addressing mobility and flexibility limitations that can hold athletes back.

MAT PILATES
Strengthen, tone, and lengthen your entire body in this 45-minute, core-focused Mat Pilates class. Using only your body and a mat, you’ll move through a series of controlled, low-impact exercises designed to enhance core stability, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Each session focuses on precise movement and mindful breathing, helping you build strength from the inside out while improving posture, mobility, and total-body awareness. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, Mat Pilates offers the perfect complement to your strength and conditioning training — improving performance, reducing injury risk, and helping your body recover stronger.

Winter. The stage is set, the team is ready — the only thing missing is you.
This winter, Eastern Shore Performance Center invites middle school, high school, and college athletes to experience the most advanced training program yet: the 2026 ESPC Winter High Performance Camp.
Led by expert human performance coaches, this 8-week camp is built for athletes who want to move faster, get stronger, and dominate their sport when it matters most.
Athletes will complete:
*Comprehensive performance testing & needs analysis
*Tailored sprint, strength, and multidirectional speed training
*Nutrition education and recovery integration
*Access to ESPC recovery tech (cold tubs, Normatec, testing equipment)
